This branch's staff are super good and friendly, I haven't noticed any problems (although sometimes it takes them a little while to cleanup after messy costumers). As for quality fluctuation, I see it but it's usually from great to good, and rarely disappointing, I think it's a chain problem because I have the same experience in different branches. Although, it's understandable since everything is made to order and different people like different things. I personally wouldn't eat some menu items even if they were offered for free, while I know people would get those items everytime. So it is a good place to gather people with different tastes.October 23, 2016
